The short version
No accounts, no newsletter, no ad trackers, no cookies set by us. The arrival planner runs entirely in your browser.
The arrival planner
Your dates, number of travelers, visa choice and time zone are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. When you make a plan, those values are added to the page address (for example ?arrive=2026-12-10T14:30), so you can bookmark or share the plan. Anyone you share the link with can see those values. The calendar file is created on your device.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics
We use, or may enable, Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. Cloudflare describes it as privacy-first: it does not use cookies or local storage to identify visitors. It records things like the page viewed, referrer, browser, device type and country. We see only aggregate reports.
If you email us, we receive your address and message and use them only to reply. We do not add you to any list.

We link to government and other sites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
